Group Support Sessions
December - Managing Grief, Depression and Loneliness During the Holidays
Please join us for a two part series on December 4th and 11th from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The cost for this two part series will be $50.
At these sessions you will learn to develop skills to navigate your holidays alongside 8-10 other participants. Both sessions will be facilitated by one of our clinical therapist, Kathleen Betzoldt, LPC.
Holidays are difficult for many adults and we're here to provide the support and guidance to help you manage the holidays.
